Abstract(in English) | The almost all job training methods for persons with mental retardation in Japan has some problems. The methods need to analyze tasks and to train the persons with the many subtasks. So the methods need experts for the task analysis and a long term. In this study, We had interviews with 21 job coaches and asked about tasks that was difficult to perform with the persons. The Result suggested that task difficulties attributed to five cognitive categories that had three levels in common with the persons. Based on the result, we proposed a support method for any works that is easy for use. |
