Abstract(in English) Finger Braille is one of communication tools for deaf and blind people. We develop a wearable instrument glove system for Finger Braille. By usual Finger Braille, Sender put into braille on Receiver's finger. But instrument, which we develop is able to dot Finger Braille by non-contact. Therefore time structure occurs between Sender and Receiver by Finger Braille. In this report, We improved instrument in order to synchronized difference of time structure of Finger Braille, and we develop system to translate a sentence addition to inflection into Finger Braille automatically.
