A simulator for ubiquitous-environment information-gathering system

Abstract(in English) For ubiquitous communication systems which consist of nodes retrieving environmental information and a reader gathering this environmental information through nodes, we are developing the system, called ubiquitous-environmental information-gathering system, which can improve information gathering efficiency. But, it is too complicated to theoretically analyze whole characteristic of the proposed method, and existing communication simulators are not sufficient for reflecting supposed conditions, therefore we developed a simulator for the proposed system to evaluate characteristics of this method. The observed characteristic with this simulator follows analyzed characteristics well, which implies that the simulator works correctly. We could get detailed data to improve the proposed method. In this paper, the outline of proposed method and details of simulator are given.
