| 抄録(和) | 本研究では,ブロードバンドネットワーク上にて今後ますます発展する可能性の高いP2P(Peer-to-Peer)サービスにおいて,サービス提供アプリケーションの開発効率や生産性の向上をねらいとしたP2Pミドルウェア適用を提案し,その具備すべき機能や上位アプリケーションへの提供機能を提案する.また,一般にP2Pシステムで問題となる高トラヒックの発生を回避するためにネットワーク環境に応じたP2Pトラヒック特性の適用領域を明らかにする.そこで本研究での提案をアプリケーション生産性,およびトラヒック量の観点からの評価のため,P2Pシステム"Palets"を試作し,その有効性を検証したので報告する. |
| 抄録(英) | Services based on peer-to-peer (P2P) paradigm is one of the most significant candidates for future broadband network. Although there are several P2P services available, almost of their development has no common (shared) methods. Such a separate development method has two problems;one is development efficiency and another is connectivity with different applications. We propose a solution that a new P2P middleware supports several types of applications. This paper describes the list of facilities that the middleware must equip and capability that the upper-layer application can use the facilities. One of the features of the middleware is to manage the traffic that is always a problem for P2P systems. We developed a P2P system "Palets" and evaluated the development efficiency of the middleware and the function of traffic management. Palets system enable to develop large P2P system efficiently. |
