Abstract(in English) We proposed a load balancing method and a design of a load balancing device for cost reduction of data center services in the Internet, and intranets, which load balancing method also enable to stabilize quality of service of streaming applications, such as video, music and so on. The points of our proposal are sharing of a load balancing device with multiple customers (sites) by means of virtual router technologies, and balancing of requests for streaming contents based on user experienced quality of services. User experienced quality is estimated by capturing and analyzing streaming control flows, such as RTSP and MMS.
