Abstract(in English) Mobile IPv6 is proposed as one of the technologies that realize mobility management in IP(Internet Protocol) networks and seamless IP communication for mobile node. Further, Hierarchical Mobile IPv6 is a hierarchical approach to Mobile IPv6 that enables faster handovers and reduces the volume of mobility information messages. However in Hierarchical Mobile IPv6 packets for mobile node must always be routed via the hierarchical node, which not only concentrates packets at this node but sacrifices route optimization. In previous papers we have written on the proposal and development of our Hierarchical Mobile IPv6 based network that realizes route optimization by dispersing the function of the hierarchical node to edge nodes. This paper presents the results obtained from the evaluation of our proposed network.
