| 抄録(和) | 事故とは関連する制御系(制御構造)の機能不全に起因するという安全制御の考え方に基づいて、リスク解析で事故原因を求める方法を紹介する。本方法は制御ループに着目して、システムを構成する要素を制御者と制御対象として関係付ける。2つの要素間の関係を制約とフィードバックの流れとみると、一方が制約(命令)を出し、他方がその制約に基づいて行動して行動結果をフィードバックするという関係で表現できる。システム全体の制御機能は上位レベルの要素(制御者)から下位レベルの要素(制御対象)への階層的制御構造で表現できる。事故例を用いて、管理構造の不備も含めて事故の考えられる発生原因を検討する。 |
| 抄録(英) | These days, computers have made many technological systems so complex that new types of accidents have resulted from dysfunctional interactions among system components in addition to old types of accidents resulting from component failure. Further, background factors such as management organization must be considered for their prevention. Conventional event-based analysis methods cannot be applied to such types of accidents. This paper applies a new concept of safety control to the accident cause analysis, one essential part of the system risk analysis. An illustrative example shows the effectiveness of the proposed method in the identification of possible causes including background factors such as management failure. |
