Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper presents a research associated with the earthquake risk management for a great number of substation equipment distributed in large area. In Japan, seismic design guides for the electric power facilities has been revised several times along with the technical improvement. It is, however, difficult to upgrade all existing equipment, which does not accord with a new design standard, because of limited budget. The proposed method enables us to specify and prioritize the equipment to be upgraded according to the practitioner's needs or data availability. In numerical example, the proposal method is applied to a virtual region, and is discussed its effectiveness from a practicable point of view.
