| Abstract(in English) | It is well known that mishaps in the operating room invite serious inconveniences for patients. Thus it is of paramount importance for us operating room personnel to prevent them. Many kinds of personnel are involved in the daily operating room care and everyone of them carries heavy responsibilities on themselves. Systemic approach for safety organized by the administrative people of each institution is mandatory to attain most dependable preventive measures against mishaps possible in the operating room. |
