| 抄録(和) | IEC 61508(JIS C 0508)規格は,SILを特定するために,安全関連系の作動要求モードを低頻度作動要求モードと高頻度作動要求モード(または連続モード)の2つのカテゴリーに分類している.しかしながら,電熱器保護系にどの作動要求モードが適用されるかは明確でない.そこで,本論文は,電熱器の保護系を作動させる要求および危険事象,即ち,過熱発生の間の関係を順序依存型故障アンドゲート(優先アンドゲート)を含むFTAを用いて研究した.前報では,保護系が温度調節器のみの場合を扱ったが,本報では,これに加えて温度過昇防止器および温度ヒューズを持つ場合も検討している.これにより,危険事象発生機構の論理が順序依存最小カット集合として得られた. |
| 抄録(英) | In order to specify SIL, in the international standard of IEC 61508 operation modes of SRSs are classified into two categories, low demand and high demand/continuous modes of operation. However, it is not clear which modes of operation should be applied to the protection devices of electric heaters. Then, in the present paper the relationships among failures of the protection devices involving a temperature control and protection devices, and a temperature fuse, demands to operate the heater and the hazardous event, of overheat are studied through advanced fault tree analysis involving sequential failure logic AND-gates (priority AND-gates). Finally, the causation mechanisms of the hazardous event are extracted from advanced fault trees as sequential minimal cut sets. |
