Abstract(in English) As for SI-POF link, transmission loss and response depend on mode distribution, because mode distribution is changed by transmission distance, which is less than lOOm, and bending. Therefore we study it in a calculation model with a ray tracing method in consideration of mode distribution. The narrow collimated light is used for extracting necessary parameters. Since we measure the mode distribution using FFP, the transmission loss is calculated from incident and radiation FFP. Our calculation model demonstrates distance dependence of transmission loss.
