Abstract(in English) We describe an optical sweeper based on a delayed self- heterodyne tech-nique,which uses only one laser diode.The narrow and sharp beat spectra above 6GHz is obtained by means of an external cavity and a thermal compensation current.We have applied this optical sweeper to measure the frequency characteristics of a Ge-APD.By compensating the increased power change due to the injection current change,the frequency characteristics of the Ge- APD is correctly evaluated.
