Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We succeed in demonstrating an optical neural computing in the form of autoassociative memory by constructing and operating a Hopfield type optoelectronic system. The system consists of an FLC cell with nine nuerons and a TNLC cell for the synaptic weight. This system is shown to perform the computation taking 1 to 1.5 ms. The dynamics of the computation was reproduced by an analytical simulation.
