| Abstract(in English) | We propose a superresolution process for grayscale images based on a resolution-conversion method for the discrete terrain in a space. Since gray values of grayscale images are quantizated, the profiles of grayscale iamges in the computers can be considered as discrete surfaces and discrete terrains. Therefore, we apply the resolution-conversion method for discrete surfaces to the superresolution of grayscale images. |
