Abstract(in English) Nowadays, cellular ohones built一泊a camera have been soread rapidly. We observed this type of the cellular ohone, andthought the character recognition from the image of the cellular ohone in this oaoer. It is difficult to recoenize the character at this imagebecause the character is low resolution. So, we enabled the character recognition by using the movement subtraction method that is thefeature extraction method effective m thc seauential image of low resolution, ln this paper, wc show that character recognition can beperformed from the image of a cellular phone by some experim㎝ts.
