Measurement of photo-bactericide efficiency by blue LED and flashed pulse light

Abstract(in English) In this paper, a new method of safe photo-bactericide and its mechanism of light sterilization is proposed. Now, food poisoning by microbe happens frequently. In conventional sterilization methods, there are various problems such as the residue of medicine, the transformation of target by heat and the high cost and the harm to human body. Photo-bactericide is thought as a candidate of the solution. In photobacteriocide, an ultraviolet rays (200 - 400 nm) at which bacilluseses are extinct optimally, is used. The necessary light power is discussed.
