Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper presents a realization of current-mode biquadratic circuit using multiple current output second generation current conveyor (MO-CC II) and grounded passive elements. The proposed circuit is constructed with four MO-CC II and six grounded passive elements. The circuit can realize low-pass, band-pass, high-pass, band-stop and all-pass transfer functions by suitably choosing the current outputs without any component matching conditions. And the circuit parametersω_0, Q can also be set orthogonally by adjusting the passive elements. Furthermore, it is shown that the effect of non-ideality of MO-CC II on the biquadratic characteristic is discussed by using appropriate model of MO-CC II. An example is given together with simulated results by PSPICE.
