Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes four circuits for realizing mutually coupled circuits using CCIIs as active elements. The circuits are composed of six CCIIs, and can realize self-inductances L_1, L_2 and a mutual inductance M(or -M). The circuits are derived using nullatornorator technique. The effects of imperfect CCIIs on L_1, L_2 and M (or -M are given. Using input resistance of X-terminal of CCIIs, we can adjust self-inductances L_1, L_2 and a mutual inductance M (or -M). As an application, voltage- and current-mode coupled tuned circuits are given. Pspice simulation results of coupled tuned circuits are also given.
