Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes four circuits for realizing mutually coupled circuits using CCIIs as active elements. The circuits are composed of six CCIIs, and can realize self-inductances L_1, L_2 and a mutual inductance M(or -M). The circuits are derived using nullatornorator technique. The effects of imperfect CCIIs on L_1, L_2 and M (or -M are given. Using input resistance of X-terminal of CCIIs, we can adjust self-inductances L_1, L_2 and a mutual inductance M (or -M). As an application, voltage- and current-mode coupled tuned circuits are given. Pspice simulation results of coupled tuned circuits are also given. |
