Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper introduces a current-mode biquadratic circuit using dual current output operational transconductance amplifiers (DO-OTAs) and dual current output current follower (DO-CF). The proposed circuit is constructed with three DO-OTAs, a DO-CF and two grounded capacitors. It is shown that the proposed circuit can realize low-pass, band-pass, high-pass, band-stop and all-pass transfer functions by suitably choosing the current outputs without any component matching conditions. And the circuit characteristics can also be tuned orthogonally through adjusting the bias currents of the OTAs. From sensitivity analysis, it is made clear that the proposed circuit has very low sensitivity with respect to the circuit active and passive elements. Some examples are given together with simulated results by PSPICE.
