Abstract(in English) In this report, We propose a noise reduction method on frequency domain for speech enhancement. Ah additive noise in a speech signal is suppressed this method using Running Spectrum Filtering (RSF). RSF is digital filters on frequency domain. The noise reduction method using RSF dose not need the estimated noise spectrum. We propose the method of reducing the musical noise produced by speech noise suppression which used RSF. We show the experimental results which eliminates musical nose using RSF.
