| 抄録(和) | 近年、システム同定問題において、システムへの入力へ加算される雑音がわずかで、かつ、システムからの出力に加算される雑音がかなり大きいときに、leaky RLSフィルタがRLSフィルタより高精度な係数推定が可能であることが理論的・実験的に報告されている。本報告では、この事実に関する確率論的な解釈を追加し、また、新たな簡素化されたleaky RLSフィルタについて述べる。また、leaky RLSフィルタの適切な応用例について考察する。 |
| 抄録(英) | In recent years, it has been reported that a leaky RLS (LRLS) algorithm gives more accurate estimation parameters than an RLS algorithm in applications dealing with system identification where the noise in the data matrix A is much smaller than the input signal to an unknown system and the noise in the observation vector b is large for b to be far from the column space of A. In this report, we express an interpretation about it from a stochastic standpoint, and a simple LRLS filter by using a Taylor series. In addition, we introduce some useful applications of the LRLS filter. |
