Abstract(in English) In this research, the statistical character is clarified paying attention to the self-similarity of a series at the time of the WAN traffic of the scientific network which writers connect. Subsequently, modeling of traffic data is tried the making simulation data with equal character generate statistically purpose. The signal generation model proposed here is considered to be applied effective in creating the simulation data of the network traffic in a network design.
