Abstract(in English) We developed a compact 3D-MEMS optical switch for photonic HUB node of photonic IP network. For high stability and high speed, we developed comb-driven MEMS mirror with a V-shaped torsion bar, folding optical switch structure with a roof-type retroreflector and Time-divided digital notch filter. Using this technique, we have succeeded in developing a compact, low-loss, and fast switching 80×80 3D-MEMS optical switch.
