Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we consider multiple QoS classes that provide different blocking probability in call admission control, by a resource management scheme in which the classes share network resources partially. Mathematical analysis shows that the scheme can differentiate the blocking probability of classes, and it can be efficiently used for prioritizing calls such as emergency calls or calls made by users who pay additionally for the priority access.
