| Abstract(in English) | This paper describes evaluation results for detecting the quality level of video streaming system. By monitoring the quality-related parameter from user terminals, we confirmed that the degradation of video quality can be detected when there is network congestion. Evaluation results showed that the number of the recovered packet is effective for both checking the video quality and network congestion level. |
