Abstract(in English) In this paper, we constructed the test room (size: 5m × 5.3m) that could be changed the delay spread freely and made an experiment in transmission performance of 5 GHz-band wireless LAN in the room. As a result, it is proved that it suffers severe degradation due to extremely large delay spread. The problem can be solved by installing rock-wool ceiling panel wave absorber.
