Abstract(in English) Integrated-optic wavelength add/drop multiplexer for chip-to-chip optical interconnects board was fabricated by integration of two types of gratings, namely, guided-mode-selective focusing-grating-couplers and different-guided-mode-coupling distributed-Bragg-reflectors. Two-channel multi-/demultiplexing with 5 nm wavelength spacing was demonstrated. Insertion loss and crosstalk were estimated to be -30 dB and -5 dB, respectively.
