Abstract(in English) We developed a heart pacemaker of a fuzzy control system combined with neural networks system to change the fuzzy rules,and modified this system as heart pacemaker for A-V block patient.The trigger signal to the system is detected from the P wave of electrocardiogram recorded internally with digital signal processing techniques.The timing signal delayed from P wave is calculated with fuzzy control system and send to the stimlating pulse wave form generator to cause the ventricle contraction.The microprocessors used in the system are Z80 CPU compatible processors of Z84C015BF and system programs are described with assembly language to increse the processing speed.
