Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) An optimal control mechanism was analyzed for the biological compartment model when the law of conservation operates. The 4 compartments model was applied for law of conservation and the performance function minimized involved the rate of change in concentration and their controls in each compartment. The concentration increased monotonously at each compartment while the input increased monotonously attaining the peak then decreased and an inverted patterns. This different was originated in the combination strategy among the compartments.Present investigation is available for the analysis of the optimal control of biological compartment constrained by the law of the conservation.
