Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Inspite of the presence of the dead time due to neuro-muscule delay, the oculomotor system can track periodical target movements accurately. This indicates the existence of a predictive control mechanisum which compensates such dead time.In this paper,a model based on the feedback-error-learning scheme is presented to account for the oculomotor predictive function. And a simulation study is given to show properties similar to those actually observed in human as regards the tracking performance with sinusoidal(predictable)and pseudo-random(unpredictable)target motions.
