| Abstract(in English) | A hearing-aid data base is a necessary tool for the hearing aid research and development and is also a useful tool in educational and clinical activities.In the National Institute of Special Education the hearing-aid data base has been develped and renewed since 1992.The data base consists of catalog data(100%) and acoustical characteristic data(69%) of over 460 hearing-aids which are available in Japan.In the text the outline of this data base and its practical use are explained.And the implications for the hearing-aid fitting are also mentioned. |
