| Abstract(in English) | Recent competitive enviroruments have rapidly been changing carriers, service providers′ (SPs′) emphasis from network-oriente d to service-/customer-oriented activities.Considering these business as well as technology trends,this paper first presents requirements for future SP operations and management.It then describes NTT′s framework/future architecture to meet these.It fut ure discusses how to tie them with standerdisation/implementation cooperating with concerned Communities.Based on these discussions, the paper finally proposes a desirable linkage among activities of TMN,OMNIPoint,etc. |
