Abstract(in English) We have been researching into the method of the modeling,based on Object Model which we suggested as a representation model for KBS,and its applications.We designed a trouble shooting system for keyboards of personal computers.In this paper,we describe the method of trouble shooting with the object model of a keyboard. This system generates if-then rules,which represent relations between cause and symptom,through trouble shooting from a functional point of view.With these rules,the system performs trouble shooting rationally from the second case.
