Abstract(in English) A millimeter-wave pulse source using a Y-Ba-Cu-O(YBCO) superconducting thin film switch is studied.The YBCO film is installed in a cylindrical TE_011> mode cavity made of copper with a resonant frequency of 24.0GHz.The switching from super-to normalconducting state in a YBCO thin film is carried out using a Nd:YAG laser.Millimeter-wave pulses are extracted from the cavity. The peak output power at 30K was 1.1 times as large as the CW input power.
