Abstract(in English) We have studied electrical properties such as carrier concentration,band structure,suraface superconducivity at YBa_2Cu_ 3O_7-x>(YBCO), Au or YBCO/LaGaO_3(LGO)interfaces.The current- voltage(I-V)characteristics of the YBCO/Au-Nb junctions give evidence for a tunnnel barrier formed at the YBCO/Au interfaces. The YBCO/LGO/Au-Nb junctions show the nonlinear I-V characteristics reflecting a degenerate semiconductor-like band structure of YBCO.In both junctions,the superconductivity is inherently supressed at the surface of YBCO,which can be interpreted as the band bending of the p-type degenerate semiconductor.
