Abstract(in English) We have demonstrated the electrical properties of edge-type YBCO, PBCO/YBCO junctions with IcRn product of 6.3mV at 4.2K.These junctions gave no evidence of long range superconducting coupling. Normal coherence length was calculated to be 7.9nm from the dependence of IcRn products on the thickness of PBCO which is close to the value obtained in YBCO/PBCO/Au/Nb junctions.Current- voltage characteristics and normal resistance-temperature characteristics were interpreted as the transport properties via localized states.
