A Consideration on temperature dependence of excess current of N-S junction

Abstract(in English) In this report,temperature dependence of the excess current due to the Andreev reflection is described.The N-S junctions were made by use of the photolithography technique.Pb and Au were used as the superconducting material and normal metal,respectively.In the measurement,temperature of a sample was stabilized by use of the PID technique.The experimental results were analized by use of the Arnold theory. The excess current Iexcess was observed on the I-V characteristics of the N-S junction.Careful measurement of Iexcess(T)was carried out.The experimental results well agreed with the Arnold theory.Especially,Iexcess(T)of a large barrier junction coincided with the theoretical result.
