Abstract(in English) This paper describes a multi-organ extraction method based on digital atlas of human anatomy and the results of performance comparison with conventional methods; (1) segmentation by registration of organ models, and (2) segmentation based on maximum likelihood method. We also discuss characteristics of evaluation values of the extracted regions.
