| 抄録(和) | 眼底の血管は, 体外から観察することができる唯一の血管であり, 眼底写真を用いた検診は緑内障などの早期発見に有用である.眼科医は, 眼底写真の血管や網膜, 視神経乳頭を観察して病気を診断する.われわれの目的は, この眼科医の診断を, 眼底写真の異常を自動検出することによって支援するコンピュータ支援診断システムの開発である.眼底写真における視神経乳頭の形状は緑内障の程度を診断するのに用いられている.本研究では, 自動的に視神経乳頭および血管を抽出する手法を提案する.血管はカラー眼底画像の緑成分画像に対して, モルフォロジー演算処理を行い抽出した.抽出した血管像を眼底画像から消去し, 消去した領域を周囲の画素のRGB値を利用した補間を行って血管消去画像を作成した.視神経乳頭は, 血管消去画像を用いたP-タイル法によって抽出した.また, 各処理によって抽出した領域を利用して, 擬似立体視画像の作成を試みた. |
| 抄録(英) | Blood vessels in ocular fundus are the only one to be observed from outside human body. Screening fundus examination has a beneficial effect on early detection of diseases such as glaucoma. Ophthalmologists observe blood vessels, retina and optic disk in fundus images to diagnose the diseases. Our purpose is to develop a computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) system to detect abnormalities in color retinal images. The shape of optic disk is known and used to assess the progress of glaucoma. In this study, a new method of automatic extraction of optic disk and blood vessels in color retinal images is proposed. The blood vessels were extracted by using mathematical morphology operator from the green component of the RGB value of color retinal images. Next, the blood vessels were erased from the image and then erased pixels were interpolated by using the RGB values of pixels in surrounding region. The optic disk was located by P-tile method with the blood vessels erased image. Moreover, creation of the pseudo stereogram was attempted using the region extracted by the each extraction processing. |
