| 抄録(和) | 医用画像などの多次元データを解析する上で, 並立・包含など等値面の位相構造の理解は重要な役割を果たすと考えられる.近年, このような位相構造を木構造記述する手続きとしてContour Treeが注目されているが, 木構造の直接表示から利用者が等値面構造を把握することは困難である.我々はこれまでに, 矩形領域の入れ子構造によりこのような構造を2次元表示するContour Nestを提案した.本研究では, 評価実験から, 従来法に対する提案手法の有効性を検証したので報告する. |
| 抄録(英) | Topological relationship of isosurfaces such as exclusion and inclusion plays an important role in analyzing multi-dimensional data like medical images. Contour Tree that describes topological relationship of isosurfaces by using tree structure has recently been proposed, but it is difficult for users to understand topological relationship of isosurfaces from the tree structure. We have proposed Contour Nest that displays the tree structure in two dimensions by the nest structure of rectangular area. In this report, experimental results to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method are presented. |
