Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Identical Video Segment Detection, which means detecting all video segments that are repeatedly used in a video database, enables to detect highly notified video segments or to find relations between video footages in the database, and is useful for analysis or data-mining on the video database. In this paper, for making it easy to find out identical video segments or to analyze following to the detection, we prepare the identical frame image matrix, that indicates distribution information of identaical frame images. We generate this identical frame image matrix by using a part of our actual video database, and discuss about it. After that, we also talk about for detecting identical video segments and their classification.
