Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes an image discrimination method by the Line Invariant Histogram Matching. The method is invariant against the similar transformation by sets of invariant features generated from line parameters, and is considered stable against line parameter errors. A histogram matching from invariant sets and an index search by the intersection angle keep the discriminating power against the line extraction failure, and reduce the computational cost. The preliminary experiment by real images decides the estimation condition, and the estimation experiments show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
