Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This report investigates the effects of inter-destination (or group) synchronization control for haptic media in a P2P networked game. The control adjusts the output timing of haptic media among multiple destinations. In a networked game based on the client-server model, we have demonstrated the effectiveness of the control. However, we cannot find any paper which handles inter-destination synchronization for haptic media in a networked game based on the P2P model. By experiment, we clarify the effects of the control in a P2P networked game.
