Abstract(in English) We developed "the invasion surveillance program (prototype)" which has the function of an invader detects, records and notifies by image processing using the C language open source library. These functions are realized, when this program inputs the existing picture surveillance system or a low-price video camera picture to a general-purpose personal computer via a video capture board and performs image processing. Furthermore, while performing examination and evaluation of this program, the subject towards utilization was clarified.
