| 抄録(和) | 昨今、放送と通信の本格的な融合が叫ばれているが、デジタルコンテンツビジネス隆盛の舞台がまさに用意されつつあるといえるだろう。しかしながら、現実にはコンテンツ流通の大きな根幹を成すコンテンツの権利処理、許諾、分配に関わる部位に数々の障害が生じる可能性がある。このような状況下、国内外でコンテンツの権利許諾に関する技術・法・ビジネスといった多面的な検討が本格的に始まりつつある。それらの取り組みについてご紹介させていただくと同時に、数年前からすでに実践的なビジネスとして取り組む我々の立場から、コンテンツ権利許諾ビジネスの現状やアウトラインを明確にすることが、本稿の目的である。 |
| 抄録(英) | Recently, full-scale fusion of broadcast and communication is cried for. The prosperous stage for digital contents business is just being prepared. However, many obstacles may arise to the business in connection with right processing of the contents which are the big basis of contents circulation, permissions, and distribution. In such a situation, the many-sided examination about the technology about right permission, the law, and business of contents is starting completely in and outside. We will carry out introduction of those measures. It is the purpose of this paper to clarify the present condition and outline of contents right permissions management business from our position which tackles practical business several years before. |
