| 抄録(和) | 従来、色対比現象は主に無彩色が周辺の有彩色によって変化する現象をもとに考察されてきた。本研究では、より一般的に、有彩色同士の色対比効果を調べた。テスト刺激が周辺刺激と同じ色相ではテスト刺激の彩度が低下して知覚され、反対色相ではテスト刺激の彩度が増加して知覚された。その増減量を定量化したところ、テスト刺激と周辺刺激が等輝度の場合には、色対比の抑制・促進効果は反対色信号の加減算として記述できた。他方、等輝度でない2色が接している場合では、特に周辺刺激の方が明るいとき、色対比効果は反対色信号の加減算で記述できなかった。この状況では透明視的な見えが生じているなど、より高次の視覚機構の関与が考えられる。 |
| 抄録(英) | We examined simultaneous color contrast between opponent or non-opponent color pairs. The effect of color contrast was measured by matching apparent color of the test field surrounded by the same hue with that surrounded by opponent hue. Apparent saturation of the test was diminished (enhanced) when it was surrounded by the same (opponent) hue. For isoluminant pairs, these color shifts could be explained by an additive/subtractive model of color induction. On the other hand, for non-isoluminant pairs, especially when the test was immediately surrounded by the brighter field, the additive/subtractive model failed to explain the color shifts. This may be due to the transparent view of the test in this situation. |
