Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This research aims to construct a more accessible interaction model that resembles barrier-free human communication, replacing the perception of a digital divide. Then, this paper considers the social function of the eye gaze. It utilizes the aspect of the eye gaze in human communication as a social function for the interaction model. This has two advantages. Firstly, the user's cognitive load decreases. Secondly, the user can access the computer directly without special training. This paper examined the motion of the eye gaze through a psychological experiment. In addition, this experiment presented a CG of only animated eyeballs to participants. As a result, participants were able to respond naturally and with confidence to information presented on the screen.
