| 抄録(和) | 本研究では, 礼儀正しさを社会的文脈に応じた適切な振る舞いと定義し, 社会的文脈が礼儀正しさの非言語的表出方略に及ぼす影響を検討した. 社会的距離(D), 行為の受け手の行為者に対する力(P), 行為が相手にかける負荷(I)の3種類の社会的文脈を設定し, 「上司の依頼で相手を待たせる」課題と「相手の荷物を持つと申し出る」課題を接遇技能の熟達者に演技させた. 被験者の行動を解析した結果, 3つの社会的文脈が非言語的表出方略に及ぼす影響はさまざまな表出チャネル間で類似していた. このことは複数の社会的要因の影響は, 「礼儀正しい」非言語的表出方略を決定する1つの変数の高低に集約できることを示唆している. |
| 抄録(英) | This study investigated influence of social contexts on strategy of nonverbal expression of politeness, which is defined as "adequate behaviors according to social context." A participant with treatment skill played the role of having the interactional partner wait by boss's request, and offering to a partner's baggage, under situations in which the three social contexts are manipulated : social distance(D), power of the partner to the actor, imposition of action on the partner(I). Results of analyzing participant's behaviors indicated that the three social contexts influences similarly on various nonverbal channels. It suggests that influence of the three social factors can be integrated into one variable which determines strategy of nonverbal expressions of politeness. |
