| 抄録(和) | テクニカルサポートにおける電話での相談で, トラブルの状況やシステムの動作環境を言葉で正確にオペレータに伝えることは, 特にノビスユーザにとって難しい課題である. またノビスユーザにとって, オペレータから指示された操作を的確に実行することも容易ではない. このため問題解決までに長い時間が必要となり, このことが業務効率低下およびユーザの心理的負担増大の一要因となっている. 本研究では, ノビスユーザとオペレータのように作業対象に関する知識および語彙で著しい不均衡が存在するコラボレーションに映像チャネルを導入することで, 両者のコミュニケーションが効率的かつ効果的に進むこと, また, ユーザの心理的負担が軽減できることを実験的に検証したので報告する. |
| 抄録(英) | Novice users with little technical skill have insufficient knowledge and vocabulary for explaining system troubles accurately. As a result, technical support staff have great difficulty in accurately grasping the trouble and the operating environment of the system. Moreover, it is not easy for novice users to execute the instructions given by the operator. We examine the effect of visual information on the effectiveness of a collaboration between a novice user and an operator. The results indicate that visual information helps the users in identifying the target objects, understanding the actions to be performed, and confirming the correct results of actions. |
