Abstract(in English) As information and services are increased, many people couldn't find and take a suitable service. It is expected that a personalized service which makes a choice easier for them. It is difficult to get user's information, which is utilized in a personalized service. To promote user input, the system offers a topic depending on the situation in interactions to get user's information. In this paper, we analyzed the relations of user situation and topic by experiments, and show demanded conditions of the system.
